Melissa Zelaya
Melissa’s path has been guided by a deep curiosity about the human experience and the many layers that shape who we are. For the past five years, she has been immersed in the study of transpersonal psychotherapy, currently completing her diploma in a field that explores the intersection of psychology, emotion, and spirituality, looking beyond the personal self toward deeper dimensions of healing and transformation.
With nearly 12 years of experience teaching yoga, alongside a dedicated period focused on her psychotherapy studies, Melissa has cultivated a profound appreciation for the relationship between body, psyche, and spirit. Her work is rooted in a depth-oriented perspective inspired by thinkers such as Carl Jung, exploring how unconscious patterns, inner narratives, and symbolic language influence our lives and personal growth.
Drawing from psychological and spiritual traditions, Melissa integrates tools such as archetypes, dreams, chakras, and alchemical symbolism as pathways for self-reflection and transformation. She is particularly passionate about exploring archetypes, using them as a lens to understand universal symbolic patterns while inviting individuals to embody empowering qualities and compassionately engage with shadow aspects of the self.
Through her retreats and group experiences, Melissa creates thoughtful and transformative spaces where self-inquiry meets embodied practice. Her approach invites others into a journey of deeper awareness, meaningful connection, and personal discovery, offering opportunities to explore not only who they are, but who they are becoming.
