Shaun T
A master of high-energy transformation, Shaun T brings decades of dance, athletics and movement science to every workout experience. From track and theater to creating landmark programs like INSANITY and Hip-Hop Abs, he uses intensity and intention in equal measure. Shaun’s belief that “you can do hard things” and his mission to uplift body and mindset guide each session — making movement a vehicle for personal progress, connection and confidence.
JJ Dancer
With a foundation in professional dance from the age of four and a career spanning tours and choreography alongside global icons, JJ channels this artistry into movement-based fitness. Her signature method blends dance cardio, strength conditioning and barre-inspired flow to create a space where the body finds rhythm and the spirit finds its groove. Her passion for empowerment and fun-fuelled challenge invites participants to move, sweat and shine.

All bookings and boats include a professional skipper: Masters of the ocean, they’ll navigate and sail your crew, show you the hidden gems en route and ensure your safety is the priority. Skippers are also included with every booking.

Pack lightweight, breathable clothing for the warm days and a jacket or sweater for cooler evenings. Comfortable walking shoes are essential for exploring historical sites. Bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to protect against the sun, as well as a reusable water bottle. Don’t forget your swimsuit and a power adapter.
