⚘ 17:00: Take some time to get ready for the evening, freshen up and enjoy a little downtime before the welcome dinner.

⟁ 19:00: Welcome Dinner on board, gathering together for the first evening of the retreat as the sun begins to set over the Adriatic.

⚘ 20:00: Continue the evening over dinner and conversation, with time to connect, unwind, and enjoy the first night on the yacht.

Trogir to Bol to Stari Grad | Kickoff Day

☽ 7:00: Begin the day with a Kickoff Workout led by Shaun T. & JJ Dancer, bringing the group together and setting the energy for the week ahead.

⟣ 8:00 to 9:30: Start the morning with breakfast on board enjoying a relaxed meal and taking in the views of the Adriatic before the day's activities begin.

⟁ 10:00 to 11:00: Arrive in Bol and enjoy free time to explore the town, discovering its charming streets, local shops, and beautiful waterfront.

⚘ 12:00: Depart Bol and set sail towards Stari Grad, taking in the views of the Adriatic along the way.

⭒ 12:30: Lunch on board, followed by a relaxing afternoon spa.

☽ 13:00 to 14:00: Swim stop, with time to cool off in the crystal-clear Adriatic before continuing towards Stari Grad.

⟣ 16:00: Approximate arrival in Stari Grad, with time to settle in and get ready for the afternoon.

⟁ 18:00: Discover Stari Grad on foot, with a guided walking or hiking experience through its historic streets, scenic landscapes, and hidden corners.

⚘ 19:00: Free time to wander through the town at your own pace, discover local spots, or unwind by the waterfront.

Stari Grad to Vis | Strength Day

☽ 7:00: Start the morning with Strength & Conditioning led by Shaun T, focused on muscle burn, confidence, and powerful movement.

⟣ 8:00 to 9:30: Breakfast on board, with a relaxed morning meal and time to enjoy the sea views.

⟁ 10:00: Stop for a swim in the Adriatic, with time to cool off or relax, and enjoy the open water before continuing towards Vis.

⚘ 13:00: Arrive at Vis and enjoy lunch, before heading out to discover its landscapes, hidden beaches, and local character.

☽ 15:00: Set off to explore Vis your way, cruising by scooter or moped in search of hidden beaches, scenic spots, and little corners beyond the usual paths.

⟣ OPTIONAL dinner reservation for those who prefer a later dining experience.

⟁ 20:00: This evening is White Out - guests wear white to dinner before returning to the yacht for music, photos, and a relaxed post-dinner hangout under the stars.

Vis or Komiža to Biševo Blue Cave to Hvar | Movement + Motivation

☽ 8:00 to 9:30: Depart with breakfast on board, enjoying breakfast as the boat heads towards the day's swim stop.

⟣ 10:00 to 12:00: Arrive at the swim stop and begin the Dance Fitness & Movement led by JJ Dancer, followed by Shaun T's Powerful Within - a 20-30 minute motivational reflection designed to take the experience beyond the workout.

⟁ 11:00: Settle in for a long swim stop, with plenty of time to enjoy the Adriatic, try the paddle boards, and water toys, swim, play, or simply float and take in the surroundings.

⚘ 13:00: Lunch on board, enjoyed with the sea all around you before continuing the afternoon at an easy pace.

⭒ 18:00: Arrive in Hvar City, with time to step ashore and take in the atmosphere of one of the Adriatic's most iconic island towns.

☽ 19:00: Explore Hvar on a guided walking tour, discovering its historic streets, architecture, hidden corners, and lively waterfront.

Hvar to Korčula | Power + Confidence

☽ 7:00: Depart Hvar, setting sail early as the island fades into the distance and the morning begins on the water.

⟣ 8:00 to 9:30: Breakfast on board, enjoying a relaxed morning meal as you sail towards the day's next stop.

⟁ 10:00: Mini History Session, bringing the destinations and stories of the Adriatic to life as you make your way towards the coast.

⚘ 11:00: Arrive at Lovišta for a swim stop and Partner Workout led by Shaun T & JJ Dancer, focused on power, confidence, and moving together as a community.

⭒ 13:00 to 13:30: Lunch on board, with time to enjoy the meal and the sea views as you continue sailing towards Korčula.

☽ 15:00: Approximate arrival in Korčula, stepping ashore on a guided walking tour, and beginning the afternoon in one of the Adriatic's most captivating historic towns.

⟣ 18:00: Watch the sunset from Massimo 360 Rooftop Bar, taking in sweeping views over Korčula and the surrounding Adriatic.

⟁ 20:00: Evening free time n Korčula, with the rest of the night yours to discover the town, enjoy dinner, or simply soak up the island atmosphere. PJ Social - music, games, relaxed connection, and an easy joyful night on board.

Korčula to Mljet National Park to Slano | Reset Day

☽ 7:00 to 9:00: Depart Korčula, setting sail early and heading towards the lush landscapes of Mljet.

Breakfast on board, as you enjoy the morning views along the coast.

⟣ 9:00: Arrive at Mljet National Park, stepping into one of Croatia's most beautiful natural landscapes.

⟁ 10:00 to 12:00: Continue exploring Mljet your way, with the option to rent a bike or e-bike, walk, run or simply take in the island's natural beauty.

⚘ 13:00: Set sail for Slano, with lunch on board as the afternoon unfolds along the Adriatic.

⭒ 15:00: Recovery & Reset led by JJ Dancer & Shaun T - a feel good session combining mobility, stretch, core, breathwork.

☽ 16:00: Approximate arrival at the Slano anchorage, settling into the evening with the yacht staying at anchor for the night.

⟣ 18:00: Get ready for the evening, with some downtime on board before gathering for the night's celebrations.

⟁ 19:30: Enjoy the Captain's Dinner with live local musicians- - a signature night on board celebrating the journey, the crew, and the beauty of the Adriatic.

⚘ 21:00: Partyyyyy time on board, with music, dancing, and the night officially underway.

Slano to Dubrovnik | Final Celebration

☽ 7:00: Final Celebration Workout led by Shaun T & JJ Dancer t a swim spot - one last powerful moment of movement, energy, sweat, and gratitude together.

⟣ 8:00 to 9:30: Breakfast on board, with a relaxed morning meal before continuing towards Dubrovnik.

⟁ 12:00: Come together for our final lunch on board, followed by a closing circle to reflect on the week, share a few final thoughts, and celebrate the journey we've shared.

⚘ 14:00: Arrive in Dubrovnik, stepping ashore and beginning the afternoon in one of Croatia's most iconic coastal cities.

⭒ 16:00: Explore Dubrovnik on a guided walking tour, discovering its historic streets, impressive architecture, and famous old-town landmarks.

☽ 18:00: Free time in Dubrovnik, with the evening open to wander through the Old Town, browse local spots, or find somewhere to enjoy the city as the sun goes down.

Dubrovnik | Farewell & Departure
