We offer a wide range of tours across Egypt, including cultural and historical experiences, desert camping, Nile cruises, wellness retreats, private day trips, and fully customized itineraries tailored to your interests.
2. How do I book a tour?
You can book directly through our website by selecting your desired tour, choosing your dates, and completing the online payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after booking.
3. Can I customize my itinerary?
Absolutely! We specialize in personalized travel experiences. Whether you're traveling solo, with family, or as part of a group, we can tailor the itinerary to match your preferences, time frame, and budget.
4. Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
No, many of our tours allow for partial payment (a deposit) at the time of booking. The remaining balance can typically be paid closer to your travel date. Full details are available on each tour’s booking page.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour start date receive a full refund. Between 30–59 days, you receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable. Specific tours may have slightly different policies—please check the individual tour page.
6. Are flights included in the tour price?
No, international flights to and from Egypt are not included. However, some packages may include domestic flights. Be sure to check each tour’s "What’s Included" section for details.
7. Do you provide airport pickup and drop-off?
Yes, most of our multi-day tours and custom packages include airport transfers. Please confirm this when booking or contact us directly for arrangements.
8. What should I wear during the tours?
We recommend modest, comfortable clothing, especially when visiting religious or historical sites. Light fabrics, hats, sunglasses, and sunblock are essential for daytime tours. Comfortable walking shoes are also advised.
9. Is Egypt safe for tourists?
Yes, Egypt remains a safe destination for travelers. We continuously monitor local and international travel advisories and take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort throughout your journey.
10. What’s included in the price of a tour?
Most of our tours include transportation, accommodation, entrance fees, licensed guides, and meals as specified in the itinerary. Always refer to the individual tour page for full inclusions and exclusions.
11. Can you arrange group or corporate tours?
Yes! We offer group tours for schools, businesses, retreats, and more. We can tailor a custom experience that fits your group's goals and needs—just contact us to get started.
12. What happens if my trip is disrupted due to unforeseen events?
In cases of natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure events, we will do our best to reschedule or refund your booking depending on the circumstances and agreements with our local partners.
