1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation email and payment receipt from us.

Please review your confirmation invoice carefully and notify us of any errors within 24 hours.
2. Advance Booking Requirements

Most tours must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

For private or customized itineraries, we recommend booking 7–30 days in advance.

Last-minute requests may be accepted based on availability.
3. Payment Terms

A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required at the time of booking. The exact amount will be specified during the booking process.

Full payment is due 7 days before the start of the tour (unless otherwise agreed).

Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, bank transfer, and other secure gateways provided on our website.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
4. Required Traveler Information
To ensure a smooth experience, travelers may be asked to provide:

6. Travel Documents & Visas

It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa, or any necessary travel documentation.

7. Group and Private Tours

Group tours may have a minimum participant requirement. If not met, you will be offered the option to reschedule, upgrade to a private tour, or receive a full refund.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
