Frequently Asked Questions
Who is my instructor?
Who is my instructor?
Lucía Hassanien
Lucía, with a deep connection to the body, breath, and energetic awareness, creates spaces where conscious breathwork and somatic movement become gateways for inner awakening and embodied presence. Drawing from her experience in breathwork facilitation, nervous system regulation, and energetic practices, she guides participants to release stored tension, reconnect with their bodies, and access deeper layers of consciousness.
Her work blends intuitive movement, breath, and subtle energy activation, offering experiences that are both grounding and expansive. Through her sessions, Lucía supports others in moving beyond mental patterns and returning to the body as a source of clarity, power, and self-trust.
In Egypt — through the contrasting energies of Cairo and the sacred oasis of Siwa — Lucía invites participants into a journey of remembrance: reconnecting with ancient wisdom, awakening inner vitality, and embodying transformation in a land where spirituality, earth, and consciousness have been intertwined for thousands of years.
