A Royal Wellness Journey with Julie Montagu in Egypt
A Royal Wellness Journey with Julie Montagu in Egypt
- Cairo
- Aswan
- Luxor
This journey blends Egypt’s most iconic highlights with the calm, flowing rhythm of the Nile, designed to nourish both body and mind. Guided by Julie Montagu — The Flexi Foodie, internationally recognised yoga teacher, nutrition expert, author, founder of Whole Self Yoga, and Viscountess Hinchingbrooke — you’ll explore the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo, then sail through Upper Egypt aboard ORO I Dahabiya, discovering ancient temples along the riverbanks.
With a mix of gentle adventure, cultural discovery, mindful practices, and time to slow down on the water, this experience offers a deeper connection to Egypt — and to yourself. From Cairo to Aswan and Luxor, each day unfolds at an unhurried pace, with wellness sessions led by Julie, sunsets on deck, quiet moments, and meaningful exploration.
It’s the perfect journey for those looking to step away from the rush of everyday life and experience Egypt in a balanced, immersive way — while embracing stillness, reflection, grounding rituals, and Julie’s holistic approach to wellbeing along the Nile.
