Step aboard an unforgettable 8-day Croatia yacht retreat hosted by Jenn & Jarred Neal, created for guests who want movement, connection, and the freedom to experience the Adriatic at an unhurried pace, aboard a private ship reserved entirely for our group.

Sailing a round trip from Dubrovnik, this intimate retreat brings together daily movement sessions, island-hopping, swim stops in clear water, guided old-town walks, and long golden hours on deck. We’ll wander through Mljet’s forests and salt lakes, Hvar’s stone streets, the quieter island of Vis and its Blue Cave, Marco Polo’s Korčula, and a full day at anchor in the Elaphiti Islands.

This is not just a fitness trip. It is a warm, welcoming retreat experience where every detail is designed to help you feel stronger, more rested, and more connected, whether you arrive with friends or on your own. You don’t need to be a seasoned traveler or a fitness expert to belong here, just curious and open to something new, surrounded by Croatia’s most beautiful islands and a community that quickly feels like family.

Itineraries at sea depend on weather and port conditions. The captain may adjust the route at any time for the comfort and safety of guests.

Day 1 - Saturday (06/05)

Arrive in Dubrovnik · Welcome aboard

Our team meets you at Dubrovnik Airport and takes you to Gruž harbour, where MS Azzurro is waiting. Cabins are ready from 2 p.m. If you land early, leave your bags on board and head into the city. As the light softens, we gather on deck for an opening circle with Jenn & Jarred, then sit down to the welcome dinner and meet the crew who will look after us all week.

Day 2 - Sunday (06/06)

Dubrovnik → Mljet · Forest, salt lakes and stillness

We leave early for Mljet, one of the greenest islands in the Adriatic, covered in pine forest, olive groves and vineyards. From Pomena we enter the national park, which covers most of the island. Its centre is two saltwater lakes, Veliko and Malo Jezero, and a 12th-century Benedictine monastery on a tiny islet in the middle of the larger lake. Walk, cycle or paddle the shoreline, or find a quiet spot and stay there. In the evening the captain hosts dinner on board.

Day 3 - Monday (06/07)

Mljet → Hvar · Pakleni swim and the old town

We sail to Hvar, Croatia's longest island and one of its sunniest. We drop anchor at the Pakleni Islands for lunch on board and an afternoon swim, then continue into Hvar town. A local guide walks us through its stone streets and squares and up to the fortress views. The evening is yours to wander and choose a place for dinner. Your cruise manager is happy to point you somewhere good.

Hvar's harbour has limited space, so we may dock at Stari Grad and transfer to Hvar town by road.

Day 4 - Tuesday (06/08)

Hvar → Vis · The Blue Cave and the island that stood still

Breakfast is served as we sail toward Biševo. We stop to swim on the way, then take small boats into the Blue Cave, where sunlight coming through an underwater opening lights the water a bright blue. We reach Vis in the early afternoon. Vis was a military base closed to visitors from 1945 until the 1990s, and its villages have kept a slower, unpolished character that the busier islands lost. Walk the seafront promenade, visit the archaeological museum in the old Austrian fort, or simply sit by the water.

The Blue Cave entrance is only 1.5 m high and closes in rough seas. Entry depends on the weather on the day.

Day 5 - Wednesday (06/09)

Vis → Korčula · Stories in stone

We swim and have lunch at anchor on the way to Korčula, the walled town said to be Marco Polo's birthplace. A local guide shows us the old town's herringbone streets, which were laid out to catch the breeze and block the wind. The stories and legends come with the walk. Dinner is on the island, at one of its many small konobas.

Day 6 - Thursday (06/10)

Korčula → Elaphiti Islands · A full day at anchor

This is the slowest day of the week and, for many, the one they remember best. We reach the Elaphiti Islands before lunch, find a sheltered bay and stay there until the next morning, with no port and no schedule. Swim off the platform, read on the sun deck, or soak in the hot tub. At sunset the crew lights the barbecue for dinner on deck, and anyone who wants one can take an evening swim under the first stars.

In bad weather the captain may move us to a nearby sheltered port for the night.

Day 7 - Friday (06/11)

Elaphiti Islands → Dubrovnik · The Pearl of the Adriatic

Wake up already at sea and swim before breakfast. We stay at anchor for a few more hours before sailing back to Dubrovnik over lunch. A local guide takes us through the UNESCO-listed old town, covering the main monuments and the quieter corners most visitors miss. Afterwards the city is yours for a last evening. Taxis, buses and Uber run easily between the old town and the ship.

Farewell

One last breakfast together on board. Cabins need to be cleared by 9 a.m. If your flight is later, your luggage can stay on the ship until your transfer to Dubrovnik Airport.

Jenn Neal is the founder of ABC Fitness Inc. and Wanderlust Retreats, a clinical nutritionist, a personal trainer and a proud mom of four boys. Over her 20-plus-year coaching career, her companies have served more than 25,000 people.

What keeps her excited about this work is watching someone discover what they're capable of, whether that's getting stronger, feeling better, or finally taking a trip they've dreamed about for years. On retreat, Jenn brings that experience together with her love of travel to help people feel welcome, supported and excited to explore.

Captain, Oakland Fire Department · Paramedic · 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher

Jarred Neal is a Captain with the Oakland Fire Department, a paramedic, an Urban Search & Rescue Specialist, and a registered yoga teacher with 500-hour training. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Saint Mary's College.

His background brings a thoughtful combination of leadership, practical experience and mindful movement to our retreats. Whether guiding yoga or supporting the group through a new adventure, Jarred helps create an environment where people feel comfortable stepping beyond their everyday routines.

MS Azzurro

MS Azzurro is a 46-metre deluxe cruise ship, built in 2019 and reserved entirely for our group for the week. The sun deck is lined with loungers, there are shaded lounges for the hottest hours, and the salon and bar fill with conversation over long lunches. Every cabin has its own bathroom and air conditioning.

Who is this retreat for?

You don't need to be a seasoned traveler or a fitness expert. Come with curiosity and a willingness to try something new. Jenn's training and nutrition sessions and Jarred's yoga are adapted to every level, and every session is optional. Many guests join on their own and leave with friends.

Which airport do I fly into?

Dubrovnik Airport (DBV). The arrival transfer to the ship on Day 1 and the return to the airport on Day 8 are included. Cabins open at 2 p.m. on Day 1 and need to be vacated by 9 a.m. on Day 8.

Can I arrive early or stay longer?

Yes, and Dubrovnik is worth it. Our team can arrange extra nights in the city and private transfers. Just let us know when you book.

Will I share a cabin?

Prices are per person in a shared double or twin cabin. Come with a partner or friend, or we'll pair you with another guest of the same gender. If you'd rather have a cabin to yourself, choose the single-occupancy option when you book.

How do I reserve my place and pay?

Tap Book Now, choose a double or single room, and fill in the short booking form on our secure booking page.

At checkout you can pay in full or reserve with a €500 deposit and pay the rest in three installments. Your place is secured as soon as your first payment goes through, and your booking confirmation arrives by email.

What is your Refund & Cancellation Policy?

Full refund if you cancel 90 or more days before departure (on or before 7 March 2027).

50% refund if you cancel 60 to 89 days before departure (8 March to 6 April 2027).

No refund for cancellations less than 60 days before departure (from 7 April 2027).

Refunds may be subject to administrative or payment-processing fees. Travel insurance, visa fees and third-party add-ons are non-refundable. To cancel, email info@stampstours.com with your booking reference.

I'm worried about seasickness. Will I be okay?

We do most of our sailing in the morning, between islands and close to shore, and the Adriatic is usually calm in June. Afternoons and nights are spent in port or at anchor. If you're prone to motion sickness, bring your usual remedy and tell the crew. They'll help you find the steadiest spot on board.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Yes. Please share any dietary needs or allergies when you book and we'll pass them to the ship's kitchen ahead of time.

Which meals are included?

Breakfast every day, lunch every sailing day, and two dinners on board: the welcome dinner and the Captain's dinner. The other evenings are in port, where you're free to explore the islands' restaurants. The cruise manager will share recommendations each day.

Are the add-on activities bookable later?

Many need booking and a deposit in advance, so we'll ask for your preferences before the trip. You don't have to decide everything up front. A rough idea helps us confirm prices and places with our local partners.

Is the Blue Cave guaranteed?

Not always. The entrance is only 1.5 m high and closes when the sea is rough. If it's closed on our day, we'll spend that time somewhere else on Vis or Biševo.

What should I pack?

Light layers, swimwear, a cover-up, reef-safe sun protection, a hat, comfortable walking shoes for old-town streets, something a little smarter for the Captain's dinner, and a light jacket for evenings on deck. A soft bag stores more easily in a cabin than a hard suitcase.

Is there Wi-Fi? How do I pay on board?

Wi-Fi on board is free, though signal can drop between islands. Bar purchases are paid in cash (EUR or USD), so bring some cash for the week and for tips.

Can the itinerary change?

Yes. At sea, weather decides. The captain may change the route or the order of stops for safety and comfort, and we'll always keep you informed.
