Marketing Lead Role

We’re looking for a full-time content creator ready to move to Egypt and travel the world with us.
You’ll join our retreats in Egypt and internationally, capturing moments, editing stories, and shaping how our brand lives and breathes digitally on platforms.

No professional cameras needed; just a strong editing style, a great creative eye, and the instinct to turn moments into scroll-stopping content.

✦ What You'll Be Leading

Cross-Platform Marketing Execution

• Plan and roll out engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and email (oversee junior team member)
  
• Coordinate visuals, copy, and schedules with our creator network
  
• Keep everything in line with Stamps' voice, values, and key destinations

B2B Retreat Support

• Work with partner hosts to gather marketing materials and manage cross-posting
  
• Coordinate shared posting calendars and promotional pushes

International PR & Creator Coordination

• Invite global creators to join and capture Stamps trips
  
• Manage contracts, posting rights, and content usage
  
• Oversee travel arrangements and deliverables

Probation Period: 3 months from your start date - 14-day notice applies during this time

Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EET (with flexibility for travel and campaigns)

Code of Conduct: Represent Stamps with professionalism in all interactions, online and offline

Remote Work Policy: Remote work with prior approval, with attendance for key meetings, events, or trips
