With over a decade of experience in the wellness and transformational arts, Ana is the founder of Zen Panamá Studio, a boutique sanctuary where conscious movement, ancient wisdom, and deep personal growth converge. Certified in multiple disciplines such as Yoga, Buti Movement, Boxing Yoga, Fitness, and Nutrition Coaching, Ana has led over 2,000 hours of teaching, workshops, and retreats in Latin America.
Ana’s work bridges the physical and the spiritual, the grounded and the mystical. Her mission is to serve as a channel for authentic transformation — guiding people back to their vitality, purpose, and embodied truth through powerful, intentional experiences. her mission is clear: to accompany each human being on their path to a more vital, authentic, and meaningful life.

What should I pack?
What should I pack?
Pack lightweight, breathable clothing for the warm days and a jacket or sweater for cooler evenings, especially in winter. Comfortable walking shoes are essential for exploring historical sites. Bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to protect against the sun, as well as a reusable water bottle. For visits to mosques or conservative areas, modest clothing is recommended. Don’t forget your swimsuit and a power adapter for Egyptian outlets! (Type C or F).
