2. Services & Bookings
We offer guided tours, group retreats, custom experiences, transportation, and lodging across Egypt and MENA. All itineraries are planned with your input and confirmed by our team.
3. Payment & Pricing
- Prices appear in € and include applicable taxes.
- Accepted payment methods: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay.
- You may pay a deposit or full amount online; the balance pays before departure.
- For recurring or deferred purchases (e.g., “Siwa Desert Camping (1 Night)”), you authorize automatic charges as shown.
4. Personal Data
Booking requires personal information (name, email, passport info, payment data). This data is collected, stored, and used securely per our Privacy Policy.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Applicable to all bookings unless noted otherwise in individual product details (e.g., Nile cruise):
- ≥ 60 days before start: 100% refund.
- 30–59 days before start: 50% refund.
- < 30 days before start: no refund.
- Some items (e.g. cruises) may have different refund terms—please check each product’s page. Refunds are credited to the original payment method; bank fees (e.g., 5%) may apply.
- Trip cancellation: must be done via email before applicable deadlines.
6. Changes & Flexibility
- You may request changes to itinerary post‑booking; amendments are subject to availability, additional costs, or cancellation fees as per timing.
- Early check‑in, late check‑out, or trip add‑ons may incur extra charges.

7. Third‑Party Providers & Liability
We collaborate with local guides, hotels, carriers, and other providers. While we select trusted partners, we are not responsible for acts or omissions beyond our control (e.g., weather, transport delays, political events). Standard disclaimers apply.
8. Travel Requirements & Conduct
- You must provide accurate personal and passport information.
- Follow local laws, site-specific dress codes (e.g., mosques), and guide instructions.
- Disruptive behavior may lead to trip termination without refund.
9. Force Majeure
In the event of government travel advisories, natural disasters, or other force‑majeure events, we may reschedule or refund your trip at our discretion. Fees from flights or accommodations may apply.
10. Use of Photos & Reviews
By participating, you grant Stamps Tours permission to use photos, testimonials, or videos you share on our website or social media.
11. Age Restrictions
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and cannot book independently online.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on stampstours.com—including text, images, branding, and itineraries—is owned by Stamps Tours and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on the website with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
