TikTok Growth Internship

The TikTok Internship at Stamps Tours is for someone who lives and breathes short-form content who understands trends before they peak, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn real travel moments into addictive, story-driven videos.
Over 6 weeks, you’ll help us bring Stamps to life on TikTok. That means ideating fun concepts, spotting trends early, scripting strong hooks, editing punchy videos, repurposing trip footage, and experimenting with formats that feel native (not corporate). You’ll work closely with the founder to translate real experiences — Egypt sunsets, Croatia sailing, retreat moments, behind-the-scenes chaos into content that feels human, exciting, and real.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Naturally creative and visually sharp
- Obsessed with storytelling and pacing
- Good ability to use editing apps (CapCut, TikTok editor, etc.) to craft engaging, TikTok-native videos.
- A true consumer of TikTok culture
What you’ll gain:
