Mimi ElAshiry
Movement Guide · Contemporary Dancer · Creator of the "Move & Manifest" Method
Have you ever noticed, when you slow down, and immerse yourself in the wonders of a new place… there is space to remember, that just by being, you’re doing enough.
This retreat is a true cultural immersion. It is less about transformation and more about Arriving and Unraveling.
To reframe how we experience “wellness” and immerse ourselves in a culture where the wellness is already embedded.
It is less about becoming someone new, the next version of you, and more about returning to what has always been there.
Through cultural immersion through food, music, dance & travel we discover what it really means to be alive.
Through intentional moments of integration throughout, plus considered movement and meditation, we create space to slow down enough to hear ourselves again.
In the end… the intention is to be so immersed in LIFE that we remember that we’re doing enough, and we are enough ~ as we are.
To connect with our bodies.
To connect with each other.
And standing amongst these ancient temples and sacred sites, to remember how precious it is to be here at all.
Alive.
Present.
Deeply Human.
Move and Manifest.
