Booking Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings must be made through our website www.stampstours.com via email, or through authorized agents.
- Your booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation email and payment receipt from us.
- Please review your confirmation invoice carefully and notify us of any errors within 24 hours.
2. Advance Booking Requirements
- Most tours must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
- For private or customized itineraries, we recommend booking 7–30 days in advance.
- Last-minute requests may be accepted based on availability.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required at the time of booking. The exact amount will be specified during the booking process.
- Full payment is due 7 days before the start of the tour (unless otherwise agreed).
- Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, bank transfer, and other secure gateways provided on our website.
- All prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.
4. Required Traveler Information
To ensure a smooth experience, travelers may be asked to provide:
- Full name (as in passport)
- Nationality and date of birth
- Passport number and expiration date (for certain tours)
- Emergency contact
- Medical or dietary concerns (if applicable)
This information helps us prepare tickets, permits, and other travel logistics.
5. Tour Availability and Substitutions
- All tours are subject to availability. In rare cases, we may need to make adjustments due to weather, safety, or unforeseen events.
- If a service becomes unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative of equal value or a partial refund.
6. Travel Documents & Visas
- It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa, or any necessary travel documentation.
- We are happy to offer general guidance on visa requirements but cannot be held responsible for denied entry.
7. Group and Private Tours
- Group tours may have a minimum participant requirement. If not met, you will be offered the option to reschedule, upgrade to a private tour, or receive a full refund.
- Private tours are available upon request and can be customized to your preferences.
8. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
- Stamps Tours is not liable for costs incurred due to missed flights, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Changes to Bookings
- If you need to modify your booking, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
- Additional charges may apply for upgrades or rescheduling.
Refund Policy
At Stamps Tours, we are committed to delivering exceptional travel experiences while maintaining transparency in our policies. Please review our general refund terms below:
Tours

- A full refund (100%) will be issued for cancellations made 90 days or more before the scheduled tour start date.
- A partial refund (50%) will be issued for cancellations made 60 to 89 days before the scheduled tour start date.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the tour start date.
Please note that refunds may be subject to administrative or payment processing fees. Refunds are calculated based on the number of days prior to the scheduled departure.
Cruises and Group Experiences
Refund and cancellation policies for cruises and group experiences may vary depending on the specific product. We strongly encourage customers to review the cancellation and refund terms outlined on the individual experience page before making a reservation.

How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please send an email to our customer service team at [your email address] with your booking reference and the reason for cancellation. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Non-Refundable Items
