Marrakech - Arrival & Welcome Dinner
- Arrive in Marrakech and transfer to a traditional Riad in the Medina.
- Check into a beautiful Riad in the heart of the city.
- Sunset Movement Workshop: A gentle grounding session to settle into Morocco’s energy.
- Evening guided walk through Jemaa el-Fana Square & the Medina.
- Welcome dinner at a traditional restaurant near Jemaa el Fna Square.

Agafay Desert Glamping Experience
- Depart Marrakech after breakfast and head to the Agafay Desert.
- Arrive at your luxury desert camp, check in and unwind.
- Desert meditation and movement session under the open sky.
- Enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner under the stars with a campfire.
- Overnight in glamping tents in the Agafay Desert.

Agafay to Imlil
- Depart Agafay after breakfast and head to the Atlas Mountains.
- Arrive in the mountain village of Imlil, nestled in the foothills of Mount Toubkal.
- Check into a cozy guesthouse with panoramic mountain views.
- Afternoon hike or local walk to explore the surroundings.
- Enjoy a homemade dinner and relax in the calm of the mountains.

- Morning Movement Workshop in nature.
- Scenic hike in the Atlas Mountains.
- Picnic lunch with views of the valleys.

- After breakfast, drive across scenic landscapes to reach the Atlantic Coast.
- Arrive in Essaouira, a laid-back coastal town known for its art, culture, and sea breeze.
- Check into a charming riad in the medina.
- Free time to relax or wander through the port and ramparts.
- Dinner at a seaside restaurant.

- Morning Movement Workshop on the beach or rooftop.

- After breakfast, depart for Agadir via the scenic Atlantic coast.

- Morning Movement Workshop before departure.
- Head north for a full-day excursion to Tamri, where the desert meets the Atlantic Ocean.

- Sunset Yoga & Breathwork session in the desert, surrounded by sweeping dunes and ocean views.
- Return to Agadir for the evening.
- Group dinner.

Your Retreat will be led by 2 International Instructors; Isabella Van Heuven & Laura Valdes.
Isabella, guided by a deep love for creativity, healing, and self-discovery, weaves together yoga, Ayurveda, and mindfulness to create transformative spaces for growth. With over 900 hours of training and studies across Mexico, New York, Bali, and India, she blends tradition with intuition to support holistic well-being. Through her soulful teaching, writing, and curated playlists, Isabella invites others to reconnect with mind, body, and spirit on their journey toward wholeness.
Laura, with her deep love for nature, meaningful connections, and a passion for adventure, channels her inspiration into crafting environments that encourage stepping out of one’s comfort zone, discovering deeper layers of self, and fostering relationships that support personal growth.

All classes and workshops are designed to be multi-level, meaning they’re suitable for beginners through to advanced practitioners. Everyone can enjoy and benefit from the sessions, regardless of experience!
What should I pack?
What should I pack?
Lightweight, breathable clothing for the warm days and a jacket or sweater for cooler evenings, especially if you’re visiting in winter or heading to the Atlas Mountains. Comfortable walking shoes are essential for exploring medinas and desert areas. Bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to protect against the sun. Modest clothing is recommended, especially in rural areas and when visiting mosques. Don’t forget a scarf for the desert winds, a swimsuit for riad pools or coastal towns! and a universal power adapter (Type C or E).

We recommend bringing no more than 15kg for this trip, and if possible, a backpack instead of a suitcase. You won’t need to carry your luggage during daily excursions, but it will need to be transported between accommodations, so packing as lightly as possible is advised.
