Move & Manifest Workshops only
- Intro Workshop: A 90-minute session with Mimi focusing on using movement to release blocked energies, set intentions, and align with the upcoming festival vibration.
- Main Workshop: Move & Manifest, with a focus on integrating manifestation practices into a 90 minute movement and sound journey.

Sunset: Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing
- Sunset Flow with Talara + Mimi ft. Sound healing (music selection sound journey by mimi) integration: deep relaxation with sound to calm the nervous system and integrate the day.
Evening: Group Dinner & Social Gathering
- Share your experiences and intentions with the group in a community-style meal

Mimi Elashiry
Mimi, with her deep-rooted love for movement, expression, and conscious living, creates spaces where dance, yoga, and mindfulness blend into a transformative journey of self-discovery. Drawing from her background in contemporary dance, somatics, and breathwork, she guides others in using movement as a tool to release, create space, and manifest their intentions. Through "Move & Manifest," her workshops and courses weave together ancient practices and modern techniques, offering an experience that is both grounding and expansive. With a passion for authenticity, wellness, and sustainability, Mimi invites others to explore the power of movement, creativity, and inner connection.
Talara Calavassy
Believing movement is medicine, Talara is certified in various modalities including fitness, pilates and over 500 hours of yoga teacher trainings.
Yoga in particular has proved so transformational in her life as a way to shift energy and alchemise emotional states leading to vitality and harmony in the mind, body and spirit.
Her journey into facilitating has been a natural evolution where she has already guided many people to explore both their physical potential and their inner realms.
As a facilitator, Talara shows up authentically, holding space with a light hearted yet deep presence in order to create a safe container for people to move freely.
Honouring the philosophy and wisdom behind yoga, Talara ensures it is accessible and inclusive for everyone, guiding nourishing movement practices that helps all people come back to their centre in this busy, modern world.
Nora Stones
Nora is a British-Egyptian artist, yoga teacher, and embodiment guide based in El Gouna, Egypt. She is the founder of Onati Studio, a well-being sanctuary where she blends yoga, somatic movement, and creative expression to help others deepen their connection to themselves. With over a decade of teaching experience (RYT 1000+) and a background in Fine Arts her work integrates movement and creativity as pathways to self-discovery. Specializing in feminine embodiment and women's retreats, Nora curates transformative experiences that nurture awareness, authentic expression, and self-exploration. She guides others on sacred and sensual journeys of reconnection, using movement and creativity to inspire embodied awakening and healing.

Most visitors require a visa to enter Egypt. Depending on your nationality, you can either apply for an e-visa online before your trip or get a visa on arrival at the airport. When booking one of our guided tours, we’ll assist you with visa advice to make the process seamless.
What should I pack?
What should I pack?
Pack lightweight, breathable clothing for the warm days and a jacket or sweater for cooler evenings, especially in winter. Comfortable walking shoes are essential for exploring historical sites. Bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to protect against the sun, as well as a reusable water bottle. For visits to mosques or conservative areas, modest clothing is recommended. Don’t forget your swimsuit for the Red Sea or hotel pools and a power adapter for Egyptian outlets! (Type C or F).
